Vision
Commercial Building Systems is a design build company. We have established a team of contractors, architechts and engineers to streamline the design process. Your community has an interest in what is being built within the community.  The planning departments of your city road and utility engineers as well as zoning commissions, frequently have to review or approve your site plans before you apply for a building permit.  Preliminary plans are developed as the designer and owner work together to complete the main architectural plans.  Your preliminary plan then becomes your Master Plan.  CBS will provide you with all of the necessary feasibility and and site selection studies. These studies include information regarding renovations, expansions, complete construction plans, specifications, including lighting, sound and acoustic design which will result in the finalization of your Master Plan.
